March 2016 Featured Curves Workouts

Spring into a new workout this March with Curves! Challenge yourself to try something new. Check out these two moves from classes* you can expect in March:

Body Basics Legs + Class**: Side Squat with Lifted Leg

This is a great multifaceted move that incorporates a traditional squat and adds in a leg lift at the end, to strengthen the entire lower body.
 

Balance Class**: Curves Adductor/Abductor Leg Swing

This is a terrific move that helps improve your balance and works your inner and outer thighs at the same time.
 
 
Include a new Curves specialty fitness class* to your lineup of 3-4 classes a week, and in just 30 minutes per session, you can build lean muscle and work to improve balance.
