January 2016 Featured Curves Workouts

At Curves, we are here to help you achieve your new year’s resolutions and goals with new fitness classes designed to challenge and inspire you in your fitness journey. Check out these two moves from classes* you can expect in January:

Curves Boxing: Front Kick with Rear Leg

This is a great boxing move that engages the core while building power, strength  in the legs and enhances overall balance.

Balance: Single Leg Balance with External Rotation

This balance move helps to improve your balance by standing on one foot while at the same time adds in a bit of stretching of the inner thigh with the external rotation.
As always, you can ask your coach for modifications or extra help with new moves.  Include a Curves Boxing* or Balance class to your lineup of 3-4 classes a week, and in just 30 minutes per session, you can build lean muscle and work to improve balance.
