Our women's fitness classes have been developed by Curves experts and aim to workout every major muscle to give you an effective total body workout at home.
Most of our workouts are just 30 minutes making them perfect to fit into a busy schedule. They also only include bodyweight and resistance band exercises so you won't need any additional equipment.
With high-intensity classes available, you'll be increasing your heart rate and getting a good sweat to help burn more calories during and after your workout. Plus some fast-paced movements will help to improve your overall coordination.
Our low-intensity classes focus on enhancing your stability through balance exercises. All our workouts also include stretching to improve flexibility and increase your overall mobility.
