Banana Nut Oatmeal
Serve this hot and heart dish on a cold morning for a filling start to your day.
- 1/2 med banana
- 1/3 cup oatmeal, dry or 3/4 cup cooked
- 7 walnut halves
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 fl oz or 1/2 cup skim milk (non-fat)
- Prepare oatmeal according to package directions with milk.
- Top with walnuts, banana slices and cinnamon.
Per serving: 295 calories, 11.7g fat, 41.5g carbohydrate, 10.4g protein.
