Banana Nut Oatmeal

Serve this hot and heart dish on a cold morning for a filling start to your day.


- 1/2 med banana
- 1/3 cup oatmeal, dry or 3/4 cup cooked
- 7 walnut halves
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 fl oz or 1/2 cup skim milk (non-fat)


  1. Prepare oatmeal according to package directions with milk.
  2. Top with walnuts, banana slices and cinnamon.

Serves 1
