Curves Complete offers a fully integrated, personalized weight loss and weight management solution that includes the Curves Fitness program (a 30-minute Circuit with a coach), a customizable meal plan and one-on-one coaching and support. Curves Complete consists of:
1. Fitness –The famous Curves Circuit offers a complete workout in just 30-minutes that includes strength training to protect and increase muscle, cardio to burn fat and strengthen the heart and lungs, and stretching to promote flexibility. Members progress through a series of hydraulic-resistance machines that are designed to work every major muscle group. Best of all, at Curves there’s always a Coach there to help ensure members get a safe, effective workout. Also integral is CurvesSmart, a state-of-the-art personal coaching system that has been incorporated into the Circuit workout. Participants receive customized instant feedback, motivation, increasing challenge, and progress reports detailing muscles worked, calories burned, and more.
2. Meal Plans – The Curves Complete Meal Plan is a personalized, customizable meal plan that encourages lean proteins, healthy fats, fiber and good carbohydrates. It is unique in that it works hand-in-hand with the Curves Fitness strength training and cardio exercise, helping to increase metabolism and burn fat. The Meal Plan offers flexibility, allowing dieters to enjoy many of their favorite foods. Plus, as one progresses through the plan they are provided with more options. The Meal Plan is broken into three easy-to-follow Phases and members are encouraged to eat three meals a day and two healthy snacks that comply with the principles of the program.
3. Coaching – Coaching is the heart of the program. Curves Complete participants meet weekly with their Curves Complete Coach to receive a convenient, easy to follow plan, including food choices for each meal and snack, exercise goals, water and vitamin goals, and “daily dose” motivation goals.
