Body Basics

Medium to lower-intensity gym classes focusing on strength-based functional movements that emphasize the arms, core, and legs.

Strong Core

A strong core helps you maintain good posture, placing less wear and tear on your joints.

Toned Arms

Strong arms will allow you to lift and carry heavy objects with ease.

Muscular Legs

Strong legs enable you to power up a flight of stairs, go for a hike, or a bike ride.

Total Body Workout

This gym workout is focused on functional movements that will help increase your strength and range of motion.

About the Class

Functional fitness is the cornerstone of the Body Basics classes.  Many of these movements will mimic the movements you perform in everyday life. This will help you have the strength and energy you need to do the things you love and live your best life.
