Greek Chicken Pita
1 whole wheat pita
1 whole chicken breast (4 oz or 115g)
1/10 whole cucumber
1/8 medium tomato
1/4 cup romaine lettuce
1 oz (30g) reduced fat feta
8 whole large olives
- Cook chicken breast as desired.
- Dice chicken; chop cucumber, tomato, and shred lettuce.
- Stuff whole wheat pita with diced chicken breast, chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, feta cheese, and olives.
1 oz (30g) = 1/4 cup reduced fat feta cheese
1/10 whole = 2 tbsp cucumber
1/8 whole – 2 tbsp tomato
