This program will take you through weekly learnings and guided exercises geared to help you improve your balance. There is a different focus each week, ranging from posture and centre of gravity to core strength, proprioception, and equilibrium. Plus, once a week you’ll meet with a curves coach, online or in club, to review what you have learned, demonstrate the exercise skills you’ve mastered, and help answer any questions you may have.
