Health and Wellness

The Health and Wellness Educational Series are 4-6 week educational courses addressing health topics that are important to women today. Through these courses, you will learn more about these health topics as well as exercises to help you improve them.

It has been a lifestyle change for my entire family. We all eat healthier and take walks together. I can run with my son and play basketball with him. I make a point to walk down to the mailbox instead of driving down there. I’ve learned that it’s the little things that make the difference.
