Steak Chopped Salad Recipe

Ingredients

2 whole radishes, sliced
1/4 whole red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 cup black beans, cooked
2 tbsp light salad dressing
1/4 whole cucumber, sliced
1 whole green onion, diced
2 tbsp low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
3 1/2 oz beef sirloin, sliced
1/4 cup corn

Directions

1. Wash and chop vegetables.

2. Cook steak to desired doneness, allow to cool.

3. In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients with diced steak. Toss together with light dressing of choice.
