Shoulder Press and Lat Pull Down
Some machines on the Curves circuit are double positive, which means they work two opposing muscle groups at the same time to deliver a fast and effective workout! MyCurves On Demand workouts replicate the moves from the Curves circuit, including the Lat Pulldown and Shoulder Press.
