The Curves Retreats are an annual 5-day event designed for Curves franchisees and members, focusing on adventure, connection, fitness, wellness, and transformation in a tropical paradise setting.
Members can participate in a raffle to win the experience, and the retreat offers a mix of energising workouts, spa indulgences, cultural experiences, and opportunities for personal and community growth. Participants stay in luxurious accommodations, enjoying a curated schedule that supports physical fitness and mental rejuvenation alongside bonding with fellow Curves community members.
Easily join our circle of 30 second workout stations that alternate between upper body, lower body and core with recovery stations in between. Join the circuit on any station and get your strength training, cardiovascular exercise and stretching all in 30 minutes, with a coach to guide and motivate you.

Monthly Personal Coaching Sessions to help you stay on track, and guide you to achieving your goals. Our program is most effective when you do 3 workouts a week. Our coaches are focused on your goals with you, so you can opt in to a call or text to help you stay on track with your weekly workout goal.
