Low in fat and high in protein, simply blend and enjoy our White Chocolate Mocha Shake for a decadent dessert!
12 oz skim milk
3 scoops of vanilla protein power or two Vade protein packs
1 tbsp sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix
1/4 cup coffee
- Blend milk with protein shake powder, sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix, coffee and ice.
Tip: 12 oz milk is 1 1/2 cups.
