* Full payment must be completed by the deadline stated on the official landing page.
* Payment options are available via credit card and/or approved internal systems.
* All purchases must be made through the official website or landing page.
* All prices are inclusive of applicable tax and service charges unless otherwise stated.
* All payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
* The deposit is strictly non-refundable.
* No-show participants forfeit their booking without refund.
* All retreat bookings are non-transferable.
* Bookings may not be reassigned, transferred, or resold to another individual under any circumstances.
* Curves reserves the right to modify the itinerary, activities, accommodations, or schedule if necessary due to operational needs, safety considerations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
* Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to attend.
* Retreat activities may include physical exercise, wellness activities, outdoor experiences, excursions, water-based activities, and other optional experiences.
* By attending, participants confirm they do not have any serious medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.
* Curves shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, illnesses, losses, or health issues arising from personal negligence or undisclosed medical conditions.
* Participation in all retreat activities is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
* Certain activities during the retreat are optional.
* Participants may choose activities based on their personal comfort level and physical ability.
* Not all participants will engage in identical activities.
* No refunds or credits will be provided for activities not attended by personal choice.
* Flights are not included for paying participants.
* Flights are included for the Grand Prize winner only, subject to the Grand Prize Terms below.
* Transportation is not included unless otherwise stated.
* Passport validity, visa requirements, travel documentation, travel insurance, and entry requirements are the sole responsibility of each participant.
* Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel and entry requirements for Mexico.
* Curves may capture photographs, video recordings, testimonials, and other content during the retreat.
* Such materials may be used for marketing, promotional, website, advertising, and social media purposes.
* By attending, participants consent to the use of their image, likeness, voice, and testimonials without additional compensation.
The Grand Prize consists of one (1) retreat package for the Curves Sisterhood Retreat 2026.
The prize includes:
• Retreat participation
• Accommodation as designated by Curves
• Included meals and activities as specified by Curves
The winner will be assigned to a shared room accommodation as determined by Curves.
* Room assignments for the winner are at the sole discretion of Curves and cannot be changed, exchanged, or upgraded unless approved by Curves.
* The prize is:
* Non-transferable
* Non-exchangeable
* If the winner is unable to attend the retreat on the scheduled dates (11–15 November 2026), the prize will be forfeited.
* The prize may not be transferred to another individual and may not be rolled over to a future retreat.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is approximately USD $3,500.

* All participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions upon booking, registration, entry into any promotional campaign, or participation in the retreat.
The Grand Prize consists solely of the retreat accommodations, activities, and inclusions expressly described in the promotion materials.
Airfare, airport transfers, ground transportation, travel insurance, passport fees, visa costs, personal expenses, gratuities, optional excursions, and all other expenses not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner will be assigned accommodations at the sole discretion of Curves and may be required to share accommodations if outlined in the retreat package description.
At Curves’ sole discretion, the verified Grand Prize winner may be offered a cash alternative of USD $1,500 in lieu of attending the retreat.
The cash alternative, if offered, is entirely optional and may be withdrawn by Curves at any time prior to acceptance.
Acceptance of the cash alternative constitutes full satisfaction of Curves’ prize obligation.
The cash alternative is non-transferable and will be paid only to the verified winner.
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, provincial, territorial, local, or other taxes associated with acceptance of the prize or any cash alternative.
Curves may issue any tax forms required by applicable law.
Void where prohibited by law.
Participation is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations.
Curves reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the promotion.
Curves reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel the retreat, in whole or in part, due to weather conditions, environmental concerns (including but not limited to beach conditions, seaweed or sargassum events), safety considerations, operational requirements, venue availability, travel advisories, economic conditions, government actions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond Curves’ reasonable control.
Curves may substitute an alternative destination, venue, accommodations, activities, itinerary, dates, or retreat experience of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion.
Such changes shall not constitute grounds for compensation, damages, or any claim against Curves.
In the event the retreat is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or substituted, the verified Grand Prize winner shall retain the right to participate in the rescheduled retreat or another Curves-designated retreat experience.
If the winner is unable or unwilling to attend the rescheduled or substitute retreat experience, Curves may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative prize, future retreat experience, or cash alternative in full satisfaction of the prize obligation.
The winner shall not be entitled to any additional compensation due to schedule changes, destination changes, or modifications to the retreat experience.
Curves reserves the right to substitute the advertised retreat, accommodations, destination, activities, retreat experience, or any prize component with another prize or experience of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
All decisions by Curves regarding prize substitutions shall be final and binding.
