Banana Nut Oatmeal
Serve this hot and heart dish on a cold morning for a filling start to your day.
Ingredients
– 1/2 med banana
	– 1/3 cup oatmeal, dry or 3/4 cup cooked
	– 7 walnut halves
	– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
	– 4 fl oz or 1/2 cup skim milk (non-fat)
Directions
- Prepare oatmeal according to package directions with milk.
- Top with walnuts, banana slices and cinnamon.
Serves 1
