Curves Learning Community – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, requesting to join, or using the Curves Learning Community (via web browser or the official app), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who Can Use This Community

This platform is restricted to:

• Curves club owners and franchisees
• Curves club staff
• Curves corporate staff
• Any other individual specifically added with permission from Curves corporate

Verification: Access is not automatic. Every join request is reviewed by Curves corporate to confirm you are an active club owner, staff member, corporate team member, or an approved guest before access is granted. Curves reserves the right to decline, delay, or revoke access at its sole discretion — including where a franchise agreement ends, employment ends, or misuse of the platform occurs.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

3. Getting Started

1. Create an account or sign in.
2. Access the private community link sent to you by Curves
3. Click “Join Group” and complete the join request form.
4. Your request will be reviewed by Curves corporate — you’ll be given access shortly once verified.

5. Acceptable Use

While using the Curves Learning Community, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for its intended purpose — training, business updates, and support related to operating or working at a Curves club
• Keep your login details confidential and not share your account with others
• Treat other members, staff, and franchisees respectfully in discussions and comments
• Not upload, post, or share any content that is unlawful, offensive, harassing, or unrelated to Curves business

Curves may remove content, restrict access, or suspend an account at its discretion if these terms are not followed.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

• All courses, training materials, branding, videos, and content on this platform are owned by Curves NA Inc. or its licensors and are provided for your use as a Curves club owner, staff member, or corporate team member only.
• Content may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or used outside of operating a Curves business without written permission from Curves corporate.
• Any content you post (comments, discussion posts, uploads) must be your own or something you have the right to share.

7. Privacy

Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.curves.com/curves-learning-community-privacy-policy

8. Availability & Changes

• Curves may update, add, remove, or temporarily suspend features, courses, or content on the platform at any time without notice.
• Curves may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

9. Termination of Access

Curves may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including if:

• You are no longer an active club owner, staff member, or corporate team member
• These Terms & Conditions are breached
• Access was granted in error or without proper verification

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The platform and its content are provided “as is” for training and business support purposes. Curves NA Inc. makes reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and the platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Curves NA Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
