Berry Parfait with Flax & Almonds

This Berry Parfait is a light and easy way to enjoy a protein packed breakfast on the go!


  • 1 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt (8 oz)
  • ¾ cup blueberries 
  • ½ cup raspberries 
  • ½ cup blackberries 
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed or chia seed 
  • 12 almonds 

Layer yogurt with berries, ground flaxseed or chia seed. Top with almonds (about 12).
