Berry Parfait with Flax & Almonds
This Berry Parfait is a light and easy way to enjoy a protein packed breakfast on the go!
- 1 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt (8 oz)
- ¾ cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup blackberries
- 2 tbsp flaxseed or chia seed
- 12 almonds
Layer yogurt with berries, ground flaxseed or chia seed. Top with almonds (about 12).
