Kickstart your morning with this protein-packed breakfast.
- 18 whole almonds
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup oatmeal, dry
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, plain
1. Cook oatmeal per package directions.
2. Mix in Greek yogurt and top with almonds, berries, and cinnamon.
