Hi everyone,
I’m writing this from Bali, where the rain has been relentless and the storms have been dramatic…it truly feels like I’m on a Survivor Island of my own right now.
Which makes this the perfect time to talk about something I look forward to every March…
Survivor Island is back!!
For those of you who’ve experienced it before, you already know. This isn’t just another promotion. And for those of you who are new, let me say this: it’s one of the most engaging, energizing, and genuinely fun experiences we offer all year.
Now, Survivor Island isn’t about “surviving” in the way you might think.
It’s about showing up.
It’s about consistency.
It’s about community.
It’s about what happens when women decide to commit to themselves and support each other along the way.
Some clubs across the US, Canada and Australia will be bringing Survivor Island to life throughout March. Each club adds its own personality and energy, but the heart of it remains the same: to stay consistent, have fun, and see what you’re capable of when you don’t give up.
There are weekly moments, mini challenges, team energy, and a few surprises along the way. Each week brings something a little different: small ways to stay engaged and have fun!
If you stay consistent across the full month, there may even be a little something special waiting at the end. Let’s just say… small prizes can create big motivation.
These weekly elements are optional and could be different in every club, but I always encourage members to lean in. They create connections. They lift the energy in the club. And they give you just a little extra reason to keep showing up.
And yes… There are also some beautiful outdoor living rewards involved for those who stay committed throughout the month, along with retreat opportunities I’ll share more about below.
Our real reward is momentum. Because when fitness is fun, you’re far more likely to keep going. And when you keep going, everything shifts.

Our Curves Bali Retreat is now open for bookings for our Curves community in Australia and New Zealand. These retreats are intentionally small and beautifully immersive…
We begin each morning moving together, just like we do in club. From there, we go deeper into wellness, connection, meaningful conversations, and the kind of reset that’s hard to create in everyday life. It’s time set aside for you. To recharge. To refocus. And to return home feeling stronger… inside and out.

As I always say, strength training has never been more important than it is right now, especially as we move through different stages of life. Curves is not just relevant…it’s essential to a strong, healthy future.
