I went to other gyms—but it didn’t last, so I decided to come to Curves. At the beginning, I didn’t work out too often. I realized that I started losing weight and I felt so much better after my workouts, so I increased my attendance.
Now, I’m in the best shape that I’ve ever been. My blood pressure improved and is the best that it’s been in 10 years. I learned that once I started working out on a regular basis, my life changed for the best.
Curves is a great way to meet great people. The supportive staff makes a difference in this program. Over the last 5 years, I’ve lost a total of 15 lbs.** It’s amazing that 30 minutes in my mornings makes such a difference in my health and life, and I found a great community of wonderful, supportive women.
