1 1/2 scoops Curves vanilla protein shake powder
1 cup  1 percent lowfat milk
4 medium strawberries
1/4 medium orange 
1 1/2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon Sugar-Free Jell-O Strawberry Gelatin
5  Ice cubes

Blend all the ingredients and enjoy for breakfast.

Berry Blast Protein Shake
1 scoop Curves vanilla protein shake powder
1 1/2 cups 2 percent low-fat milk
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
2 medium strawberries
5 ice cubes

Blend all the ingredients and enjoy as a snack, or enjoy for breakfast with 12 almonds

Double Chocolate Shake
1 scoop Curves chocolate protein shake powder
1 1/2 cups 1 percent lowfat milk
1/2  tablespoon sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
5 ice cubes.

Blend all the ingredients and enjoy as a snack,  or enjoy for breakfast with 1 slice whole-wheat toast and 1 tsp. peanut butter.

Pina Colada Shake 
1 1/2 scoops Curves vanilla protein shake powder
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup light coconut milk
1/4 cup canned pineapple chunks in juice
5 ice cubes

Blend all the ingredients and enjoy as a snack, or enjoy for breakfast with one banana.
