OFFICIAL RULES

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT ENHANCE CHANCES OF WINNING. How to Enter: On an Official Entry form, available while supplies last at participating Curves Club locations throughout the United States and the District of Columbia ("DC") and Canada (excluding Quebec) from 3/17/2008 through 4/26/2008 ("Promotion Period"), or on a 3 x 5" paper, hand print your complete name, address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state/providence, zip code/postal code, date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy), daytime and evening phone numbers (optional). Mail your completed Official Entry or 3 x 5" card in a first-class stamped envelope to: Curves Spa Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 72934, Rockford, MN 55572, to be received by 5/5/2008. Enter as often as you wish, but limit one (1) entry per outer envelope.

  2. Random Drawing: Winners will be chosen in a Random Drawing, which will be conducted by Administrator on or about 5/6/2008 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Decisions of judges are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.

  3. Prizes & Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): Five (5) Grand Prizes: A 4 day/3 night Spa Trip for 2 to winner's choice of San Diego, California, San Francisco, California, Washington D.C. or Boston, Massachusetts. Trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major airport nearest winner's home to winner's selected city, 3-nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at Sponsor-specified hotel, transportation to/from hotel/airport, and sponsor-specified spa services for two (2). ARV: $2,000.00 each. The actual retail value of the trip will depend on winner's point of departure/return. Any difference between the stated value and the actual value will not be awarded. All travel-related expenses not set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, gratuities, incidental hotel expenses are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Travel accommodations must be booked by 6/30/08 and travel completed by 12/31/08.

  4. Eligibility: Open and offered only to residents of the United States and DC and Canada (excluding Quebec), 18 years of age or older as of 3/17/08. Employees and directors of Curves, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Archway Marketing Services, Inc. ("Administrator") and their respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion or production agencies, and their immediate family members or individuals residing in their same household, are not eligible to participate or enter. Void in Quebec and where prohibited.

  5. General Rules: Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, incomplete, illegible, mutilated or misdirected entries, or entries not received by entry deadline. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state/provincial and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state/provincial and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Potential Grand Prize winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release Form within 14 days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. If Grand Prize winner is a resident of Canada, potential winner must correctly answer a mathematical skills question to be deemed the grand prize winner. Grand Prize winner's guest (or guest's parent/legal guardian if any guest is deemed a minor in the state/providence of his/her residence) must execute a Release of Liability/Publicity Release prior to the awarding of prize. If a minor is selected as a guest, Grand Prize winner must be his or her parent/legal guardian. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses and liability arising out of acceptance or use of prize/prize travel. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize/prize travel. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

  6. Winner's List/Official Rules: For names of winners, or for a copy of the full Official Rules, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope in a separate, first-class stamped envelope to be received by 4/26/08 to:
