Burn more calories, elevate your metabolism and build on the skills you’ve learned in Level 1. This 30-minute series of high-intensity intervals is a combination of exercises performed on the Curves circuit and functional exercises completed in-between machines.
Curves Dance and Tone is a class on the circuit that incorporates movements from many styles of dance to get your body moving in a rhythmic way in-between the strength machines. The dance moves incorporate Latin rhythms, Broadway jazz, classic swing and even some funky hip hop, a bit of something for everyone.
